I found a Fire Hydrant Spa Deluxe Plaza Massager Handheld Shower head with the 59 inch dura flex hose. I hooked this up in our bathroom and my wife absolutely loves it. We had poor water pressure before but now her new hand held shower head has eliminated the problem. It has dramatically increased the water pressure and velocity of the flow. The powerful shower head now gets her really relaxed and she is like a different relaxed person when she leaves the shower. This handheld shower head is the best shower head for low water pressure. I am ordering another one for our other bathroom.
