I looked around for a low water pressure assisted shower head but could not find anything at my local stores. I bought the Fire Hydrant Spa Plaza Massager Shower Head. Its variety of settings allows you to increase the powerful water flow up or down. This has really turned into the best massager shower head for low water pressure problems. It really increased the velocity of the water coming from my new shower head.
