I found a great series of special showerheads on Amazon.com that is known as the Fire Hydrant Series of showerheads made specifically for people that have problems with low water pressure in their homes.

This showerhead is offered at a reasonable price and all I can say is that it does its job. The way the showerhead takes the water in and delivers the powerful steam of hot water is amazing. It gives a relaxing hot shower that gets you clean.
