I found exactly what I wanted on Amazon.com. I was looking for a special low water pressure showerhead as I have problems with low water pressure in my shower. Amazon has the Fire Hydrant series of showerheads.
I bought the Fire Hydrant Spa Massager showerhead http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00WXPGCSE. This showerhead is not all that big. But boy does it work. I get a powerful spray of luscious hot water pulsating against my muscles totally relaxing them. It does its job!
